Государственное бюджетное учреждение Ростовской области "Консультативно-диагностический центр" в г. Таганроге (ГБУ РО "КДЦ" в г. Таганроге) было организовано в 1989 году, согласно Приказа Министерства здравоохранения СССР.
ГБУ РО "КДЦ" в г. Таганроге – ведущее медицинское учреждение города.
Сегодня, диагностический центр – это 11 лечебно-диагностических отделений, где на вооружении имеются 7 различных лечебно-диагностических служб.
ГБУ РО «КДЦ» в г. Таганроге имеет в своем составе следующие отделения:
С января 2017 г. внедрена в работу лабораторная информационная система (ЛИС).
С 2001 года лаборатория принимает участие в программе ФСВОК.
КДЛ – единственная в городе выполняет по ОМС аллерготесты, иммунограммы, онкомаркеры, половые гормоны, гормоны щитовидной железы, гематологические, биохимические, коагулологические, иммунологические, иммуноферментные и иммунохимические исследования для МО города, Неклиновского и М-Курганского районов.
В консультативном отделении функционирует единственный в городе кабинет, где проводятся кожные пробы с причинно-значимыми аллергенами и АСИТ – аллергенспецифическая иммунотерапия.
В отделении функциональной диагностики проводится игольчатая нейромиография, СМАД, ХМ ЭКГ, пульсоксиметрия.
Отделение ультразвуковой диагностики является консультативным центром по ультразвуковым исследованиям в сложных диагностических случаях. Аппараты, на которых проводятся УЗИ исследования – экспертного класса, внедрена методика эластометрии печени, УЗИ суставов и отделов позвоночника.
С 2015 г. КДЦ работает в системе РС ЕГИСЗ РО.
С августа 2018г. введен в действие программно-аппаратный комплекс «Электронная очередь» и колл – центр.
ГБУ РО «КДЦ» в г. Таганроге осуществляет свою работу более 30 лет. Успешно внедрено в деятельность множество крупных и важных проектов: открытие рентгеновского отделения, кабинета охраны зрения детей, централизация лабораторных исследований.

The advisory department has the only office in the city where skin tests with causally significant allergens and ASIT - allergen-specific immunotherapy are carried out.
The department of functional diagnostics performs needle neuromyography, blood pressure monitoring system, Holter monitoring Electrocardiograms, and pulse oximetry.
The Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics is a consultative center for ultrasound examinations in complex diagnostic cases. The devices used for ultrasound examinations are of an expert class; the technique of elastometry of the liver, ultrasound of joints and parts of the spine has been introduced.
Since 2015, the Consultative and Diagnostic Center in Taganrog has been operating in the RS system of Uniform State Health Information System of the Russian Federation.
Since August 2018 The Electronic Queue software and hardware complex and call center were put into operation.
In March 2023, a computed tomography (CT) room was opened at the Consultative and Diagnostic Center in Taganrog. CT scanner - the NeuViz 64 device allows you to study bones, joints and the spine, soft tissues, chest organs, abdominal organs and retroperitoneal space, as well as the bones of the skull and its structures in case of injuries, neoplasms and vascular pathology.
The Consultative and Diagnostic Center in Taganrog has been operating for more than 30 years. Many large and important projects have been successfully implemented: the opening of an X-ray department, a children’s vision care office, and the centralization of laboratory research.
